I have lived here for 5 years. I’ve seen mixed reviews but I honestly have overall had a good experience. Office staff is usually pretty helpful, and maintenance comes almost always timely. Usually if they don’t, it’s because they have a lot of requests backed up when something goes out at the same time for several people, especially when dealing with AC. Those things take priority, but generally they come quick and are always helpful.

Timberglen Apartments recently experienced a tornado storm, and the management and maintenance staff sprung into action ensuring that repairs started immediately to those units effected. They also provided emergency shelter while repairs are being done. Thank you Timberglen family for making my stay here even more amazing.
